Thank you for purchasing a Da Vinci Broom. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our policy regarding returns and refunds:

Returns

You may return your broom at any time.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at customersupport@davincibroom.com with your full name and order number.

  • We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned broom, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
