Marty Currier
Our mission is to transform how everyone cleans with the only curved broom on the market—faster, easier, and more efficient than the typical household broom. We aim to help you cut your sweeping time in half, giving you more time for the things you love with the people you cherish.
The Da Vinci Broom is innovative, sleek, lightweight, and exceptionally strong. It captures dirt, dust, liquids, pet fur, hair, glass shards, and all kinds of debris. Invented by Marty Currier, a native of Ardmore, Oklahoma, who spent years as a food safety and cleanliness executive for a major cookie company, he recognized a need for improvement in the household broom. With a background in engineering, he set to work in his garage, creating the very first curved broom prototype. The difference in sweeping efficiency was astounding.
Believing he had a breakthrough, Currier took his broom to local bars and, for the ultimate test, hair salons—places with constant sweeping needs. With its wide sweeping path and lightweight, curved design that collects dirt in the center without losing it from the sides, the broom was an instant success. Business after business gave it rave reviews, and not only did they want to keep it, but they also wanted to know where they could buy another. A star was born.
Today, Marty and his wife Judy still own the business and invite you to join the Da Vinci Broom family by experiencing this incredible product that is, quite literally, sweeping the globe.
Ivan Shulman
Ivan Shulman is Da Vinci Broom’s Chief Sweepologist Executive. While attending an art festival where his wife, Sherri, was showcasing her glass art, Ivan took a stroll around to check out other vendors. He noticed Marty sweeping and, never one to pass up a conversation, introduced himself.
A little background: Ivan spent his career in radio and television, starting as on-air talent and eventually owning and selling his own company in 2018. Yet, one thing remained on his bucket list—he always wanted to be a pitchman at fairs and festivals.
